The first 5 are introduced through guided online work before the workshop and cover maturity, workflow mapping and practical AI. The remaining 7 form the focus of the three physical days in Nairobi, spent on automation, verification, privacy, governance and adoption.
Yes. Under the standard-fee pathway, the $80 initial payment counts toward $580 and leaves $500 payable. The $480 offer is for early full payment, not the instalment plan.

No. There is no coding and no mathematics. Everything is taught through the documents, spreadsheets and reports you already produce, using tools you can open in a browser.
The specific tools will change. The programme is built on what does not: mapping the work, judging where a machine helps, verifying output, and governing use. The tools are taught as examples of those.
