Overview

The Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) is a highly practical three-day executive leadership programme designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools required to lead strategically, improve organizational performance, execute strategy effectively, and drive sustainable organizational growth.
