Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Training Nairobi (5th -7th October 2026)
A specialized 3-day, in-person Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) training designed for NGOs, government agencies, UN agencies, and development practitioners now powered by AI.
Overview
Organizations across Kenya and the wider region operate in an environment where donor accountability, program effectiveness, and evidence-based decision-making are non-negotiable. Yet many M&E teams are stretched thin, working with fragmented data systems and limited exposure to the digital tools that could ease their reporting burden.
This course has been designed by Vantage Africa School of Leadership for NGOs, government agencies, UN agencies, and private-sector development actors. Over 3 intensive, in-person days at the Nairobi Safari Club, participants will build practical M&E skills grounded in real project data — and learn to apply Eval360, our Digital AI-Enabled MEAL System, to automate data collection, real-time reporting, and evidence-driven analysis.
Participants will leave with a functioning M&E toolkit for a live project of their choice, plus hands-on experience setting up an AI-enabled MEAL workflow they can start using immediately.
Eval360 — Digital AI-Enabled MEAL System
As part of this training, every participant is onboarded onto Eval360, Vantage Africa's Digital AI-Enabled MEAL System built for organizations that need faster, more accurate, and more accountable M&E — without adding headcount. Participants will get guided, hands-on practice using Eval360 to:
- Digitize data collection from the field
- Auto-generate real-time dashboards and indicator tracking
- Use AI to flag data quality issues and generate draft reports
- Streamline donor and management reporting cycles
