Program Overview

Our M&E TRAINING is a free, in-depth, and highly practical learning experience designed to help you master two of the most critical tools in Monitoring and Evaluation: the Logical Framework and the Theory of Change.

This training goes beyond theory. It is built for practitioners who want to design programs that make sense, can be monitored, evaluated, and funded with confidence. You will be guided step-by-step through how to think logically about change, how to translate ideas into clear results chains, and how to develop Logical Frameworks and Theories of Change that actually work in real projects.

Through practical examples and guided exercises, you will learn how to move from broad ideas to clear objectives, outcomes, outputs, indicators, assumptions, and risks. Whether you are writing proposals, managing projects, or evaluating programs, this training will give you practical tools you can immediately apply.

You will also connect and network with professionals from over 40 countries across the world, expanding your professional reach and learning from diverse real-world experiences.
