Program Overview

The CMEP Training is a practical, hands-on programme designed to help organizations move from reporting activities to managing real results. Participants learn how to design frameworks, track performance, analyze data and produce evidence-based reports that support strategic decisions and donor accountability.

Delivered through an intensive 5-day in-person training supported by digital tools and post-training mentorship, the programme focuses on immediate institutional application. Participants practice on real programme scenarios and learn how to embed Monitoring and Evaluation into everyday management, planning and reporting processes.
