The programme is built around practical work rather than attendance. You apply each topic to your own organisation, produce usable outputs and leave with a strategic plan you have had to explain and defend.
Yes. The pathway covers all 18 topics of the Vantage SLDP curriculum, 8 guided online and 10 in the room, subject to the programme’s formal assessment decisions.
The first 8 are introduced through guided online work before the workshop. The remaining 10 form the focus of the three physical days in Nairobi. Some themes are revisited across both phases.
Yes. Under the standard-fee pathway, the $80 initial payment counts toward $580 and leaves $500 payable. The $480 offer is for early full payment, not the instalment plan.
