Introduction to Project Management
Understand PM fundamentals. Explore frameworks, principles, and processes. Learn importance of structured project delivery.
Preparation for Project Analysis
Define goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop project charter. Identify stakeholders and gather data industries.
Analytic Tools
Create Log frames, ToC, WBS, and Risk Matrix. Apply budgeting and financial analysis tools. Learn monitoring and evaluation essentials.
Apply Tools to the Project Case
Use tools on real projects. Receive feedback from facilitators. Peer review for quality improvement.
Tests and Assessments
Quizzes and self-assessments. Submit all tools (Log frame, PMP, Risk Matrix, Budget). Reflection discussions and feedback are completed and validated by the fac.
Certification
Certification based on demonstrated competence. No attendance requirement. Recognition as Certified PM Professional and passing the self-assessments, participants automatically unlock their certificate.
