LEWA Conservancy-360 Degree Appraisal

LEWA Wildlife conservancy doesn’t believe in traditional appraisal methods. When they engaged us to develop a state of the art 360 degree performance appraisal system, we knew we were contributing towards conservation efforts in Africa, and we gave it our best.
